Follow These Steps to Get Started

How To File Your Employee Rebate

To file for your employee rebate, follow the steps below:

  1. Contact a licensed installer to get a quote for the system you want.
    • The quote you receive should contain ALL the information listed in Appendix A. If the quote does NOT include ALL information, you will need to complete the Appendix A form and submit along with the quote from the installer.
    • The installer should understand that the employee will only be paying for installation and not be purchasing the equipment from them.
    • For the best experience, we recommend contacting an installer familiar with Johnson Controls equipment.
  2. Send an email to Master Scheduler Alma Rodriguez from Wichita Materials Management with the following information:
    • Employee name and installation address
    • Delivery method: Pick up in Wichita, Kansas or ship to installation address
    • Installation quote from a licensed installer (with Appendix A if necessary)
    • Appendix B, the program acknowledgement
  3. The Materials Group will, provide the cost of the equipment and shipping, if applicable, to you, the employee, within two (2) weeks of the request.

  4. To finalize the purchase, provide a money order or cashier’s check made out to “Johnson Controls” for the equipment/shipping cost.
    • Wichita: Deliver payment to Alma L. Rodriguez, Building 1 (cubicles across from the purchasing managers office)
    • Mail payment: Attn: Alma L. Rodriguez (Materials Group)

    • Johnson Controls
      3110 N. Mead
      Wichita, KS 67219

  5. After payment in full is received, a representative from the Wichita Materials Management team will contact you to arrange times for pick-up or to confirm delivery details.

  6. All sales are final. No refunds will be given.

Please fill out the following PDFs before sending them to the Master Scheduler. Appendix A is the information required for a system quote (ask your licensed contractor for help with the information if needed). Appendix B is your program acknowledgment form.

*The Fine Print

  3. Product can be picked up at our Wichita, Kansas facility or can be shipped anywhere within the continental U.S. Note, Johnson Controls will provide employees with a shipping quote which the employee will be responsible for paying.
  4. Installation must be quoted and completed by a licensed installer.
  5. The employee is responsible for paying the installer.
  6. Our applicable standard equipment limited warranty applies.
  7. Johnson Controls United States Terms and Conditions of Safe, available at https://www.johnsoncontrols.com/buildings/legal/terms-and-conditions-of-sale, apply.
  8. There is no limit to the number of systems that can be purchased through this limited program. (This is a change from the standard purchase program which limits purchases to one system every three years. Click here for details.)
  9. Any systems purchased by an employee cannot be resold.
  10. All purchases are subject to management approval.
  11. The program may be canceled at any time and products are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Since this is an inventory liquidation sale, quantities are limited.

  13. If an employee is purchasing a complete system and some components are not available from the liquidation inventory, the employee will be quoted an existing product at a non-liquidation, but still discounted, price. This will be noted on the price quote the employee receives.
  14. Before an employee receives their order, payment in full must be received by either certified check or money order.

Act Now! All eligible systems must be purchased by November 1, 2024, and installed by December 31, 2024.
